Teach in schools that are supportive of staff.
As we know, not all are!
Taught once in a school where the principal invited himself to take every teacher’s class once or twice a term. Whilst he thought behavior control to be the individual teacher’s responsibility, he nevertheless would ask the teacher he was relieving to take this student or that student out of the class with them, prior to his lesson.
Support your colleagues and hope they reciprocate with theirs.
